Internship Program Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all applicants and participants in Lawgistics internship programs.
Role of Lawgistics
Lawgistics acts as a facilitator between interns, host organisations, and universities. We do not employ interns unless expressly stated.
Eligibility
Eligibility criteria may vary by program and may include:
Academic standing
Relevant skills or experience
Visa and work rights compliance
Placement Process
Submission of an application does not guarantee placement
Host organisations make final decisions on acceptance
No Employment Relationship
Participation in an internship does not create an employment relationship with Lawgistics or the host organisation.
Conduct
Participants must act professionally and comply with:
Host organisation policies
Applicable laws and regulations
Termination or Withdrawal
Lawgistics reserves the right to withdraw a participant from a program for misconduct, non-compliance or other reasonable grounds.
Visas and Compliance
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, immigration and work rights requirements.
