Lawgistics Academy · Stage 01 and 02

Train like a litigator before anyone lets you be one.

Adaptive training in the four things a junior is judged on: court system, civil procedure, evidence and advocacy. It works out what you do not know and remembers to test you again.

How it works

Diagnose. Train. Retest.

01Diagnostic

A short test that finds the gaps rather than confirming what you already know.

02Skill map

Four domains, thirty modules, a percentage that is honest.

03Daily training

Exercises set the way a supervising lawyer would set them.

04Spaced retest

Weak areas come back on a schedule until they stop being weak.

Re: Affidavit served this afternoon

The partner needs an answer before 5 PM. The other side has served an affidavit. One paragraph is based partly on information the deponent was given by another person.

What do you do first?

This is Lawgistics Academy.

Realistic legal work, set the way a supervising lawyer would set it, with feedback the moment you commit to an answer.

Syllabus

Four domains. Thirty modules.

Court system

Where a matter actually goes

Hierarchy, jurisdiction, monetary limits, appeals, and what changes when the case is in Malaysia instead of Victoria.

Civil procedure

How a matter moves

Pleadings, discovery, interlocutory applications, summary judgment, costs and security for costs.

Evidence

What the court will hear

Relevance, hearsay and its exceptions, privilege, opinion, credibility and the affidavit that sinks the case.

Advocacy

Saying it on your feet

Written submissions, oral argument, handling the bench, and what a partner means by commercial awareness.

Dual jurisdiction. The Academy asks which jurisdiction you work in and carries the Malaysian court structure and monetary limits alongside the Australian syllabus.

Early access

The Academy opens in stages.

It is in preview while the question bank is written and reviewed. Join the list and you get the first modules free, and access as each domain opens.
